This training is intended to train network support professionals to install, configure, customize and support Microsoft Windows XP Professional workstations and other desktop applications. The purpose of this course is to learn how to implement and support Microsoft Windows® XP Professional in a variety of stand-alone and network operating system environments. It provides in-depth, hands-on training for Information Technology (IT) professionals responsible for planning, implementation, management, and support of Windows XP Professional.

  • Install Windows XP Professional and upgrade to Windows XP Professional.
